Do you have a Return Policy?

We always strive for customer satisfaction. We take great pride in personally designing and hand crafting the diamond engagement rings offered for sale on our website. We are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find that it meets or exceeds your expectations. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your engagement ring, you have 30 days to notify us that you plan to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange minus shipping/handling. You MUST return the item(s) in it's original condition so that we receive it back at our offices within 30 days, starting from the day that you receive your ring. Please see our Return Policy Page for further details, and conditions.

Do we offer any discounts?

Yes.

If you are a previous customer we are always happy to give you a better deal on your next purchase. However the amount can vary greatly depending on what you're purchasing. Please call first and talk to us.

We also offer 5% off to all military personal (faxed proof required). Other discount options include paying via bank wire transfer. This will save you 5% on your order. Discounts can not be combined.

We sell worldwide to EVERYBODY.

Do you offer engagement ring financing?

Absolutely! This page will take you to our engagement ring financing page.

What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is very straight forward. Free Shipping to the United States, and all orders will be shipped 1st or 2nd day ground/air via UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. We will never use any other method of delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for by the original purchaser. If the original purchaser is not available to sign, your order will not be delivered. No exceptions. All shipments are 100% signature required and 100% insured.

If you are in the L.A. area and would like to pick up your ring personally, this is something we encourage, and can always arrange for you.

After I order, how long until I receive my engagement ring?

All of our engagement rings are custom made to the specifications that you provide. We do not maintain an inventory of "Stock Sizes" for resizing. We choose to make your ring this way so that you will receive a brand new ring, made exactly the way you ordered it, rather than taking a "stock size" off the shelf and resizing it. Although this method takes longer for you to receive your new engagement ring, we strongly believe that you will receive a better product in the end and be more satisfied.

Since many of our engagement rings are extremely intricate pieces of craftsmanship, please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for your ring to be shipped from our facility. In most cases, we will ship it overnight for you so that you will receive it the next business day. This is done at our sole discretion. Free 2nd day shipping is included at no additional charge. If you are in a rush and need your engagement ring sooner, please contact us and we will be happy to see what we can do to expedite your order.

Is your site secure? Is your site safe to shop on?

In order to ensure a safe and secure environment for all of our customers, we employ the latest data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

Do you take orders on your site?

PayPal orders are NEVER taken on BloomingBeautyRing.com, this includes your username and password. All PayPal transactions are performed on PayPal's site where they have the most technologically advanced security protocols in place. Bank Wire Transfers are also not taken over BloomingBeautyRing.com, this is done at your bank or if you wish through Intuit's (Developer of Quickbooks and Finance Protocols) Bankwire Service. So you can rest assured that your personal financial information is 100% secure.

Will my information be shared with 3rd parties?

Absolutely Not! We keep all information private and we do not participate in any form of spam.

Do we use cookies on our site?

As of right now, we do use cookies. You may have information in your browser that your browser records such as, links you've clicked and picture/movies in your cache, but that should be all. Your privacy is of great concern to us, and we go out of our way to make sure it stays that way. We do not record anything you do outside of this site.

Do you charge sales tax?

At this time we do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of California. Any orders shipped to the state of California will be charged a 7 ½% sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do your settings include a center diamond?

Unless specifically stated, No. We do not include a center diamond in the price of the engagement rings shown on our site. However if you need a center diamond, please read the question below.

Can you help me find a center diamond?

Absolutely!

Being an engagement ring designer we have access to diamonds you might not see on any other website, and we have access to prices usually much lower than those you see anywhere else (In most cases). Just give us a call and ask us.

Please be aware that if you need us to find you a great center diamond, we usually will talk to the diamond dealers themselves to avoid all the middle man costs. If we find you one, which shouldn't be an issue, we will let you know right away. We say "Right Away" because the deals we get from other diamond distributors / dealers are "private" deals that will last for a few days at the very most. After that, if you take no action (such as purchase it), the diamond distributor will make that diamond available to the public again. This is just the way the diamond industry operates. If you want the best deal around you have to pounce on them when the opportunity arrises.

Are all the diamonds you use in your settings real?

Yes.

Every diamond included in our settings are 100% natural. Meaning they are not clarity enhanced, or "man made" in anyway, shape, or form.

If I need you to find a diamond for me, will you set it for me as well?

Yes.

If we are the ones that found your diamond we will ship it to our manufacturers facility and set your diamond in your setting. When we ship it we will also send along any documentation that came with your diamond, such as the certification, if there is one.

Can you explain what you mean when you say "clean to the naked eye"?

Sure.

By definition, diamonds with a clarity grade of Flawless, IF, VVS1, VVS2, VS1, VS2 and SI1 are "Eye Clean" (clean to the naked eye OR clean to your eyes without using any type of magnification) A SI2 clarity grade is where a diamond begins to make the transition from "Eye Clean" to visually imperfect, meaning that you may quite possibly start to see the inclusions with your eyes.

Do you have a physical location where I could actually view my setting in person?

Yes.

Do I receive free maintenance for my engagement ring if I buy it from you?

Yes.

You may return your ring every 6 months for a free cleaning and polishing. At this time we will also take time to examine your prongs and tighten them if necessary.

Do we offer Free Engagement Ring Insurance?

No.

BloomingBeautyRing.com does not provide engagement ring insurance. Often times insurance can be purchased through your homeowners insurance company. Please ask your insurance agent for details. Another resource to consider for your jewelry insurance needs is JewelersMutual.com. Their prices are quite reasonable. We share absolutely no affiliation with Jewelers Mutual.

Can I ship my engagement ring to any place I choose?

If you pay with a bank wire transfer, you may request to have your new engagement ring shipped to any address you wish. When using a credit or debit card (thru PayPal), you may only ship the ring to the verified address that is on file with PayPal. No Exceptions.
